Revenue Orchestration Platform Salesloft released 15 AI Agents as part of its spring release, with an additional 11 autonomous agents in development.
“Salesloft agents are designed to act, not just analyze. They are context-aware, proactive, and built for real workflows. They help sellers focus on the right accounts, interpret deal signals, and take timely action at scale,” stated the firm.
New agents include Account Research Agent, Buyer Identification Agent, Deal Summary Agent, and an “Ask Salesloft” Agent.
The Account Research Agent analyzes buyer signals, firmographic data, and CRM context, delivering a unified view with recommended messaging and account context. The Account Research Agent works with AI Emails for Cadences to compose personalized emails based on the buyer role, company, and research findings.

The Buyer Identification Agent recommends verified decision makers, including those not yet added to the CRM. It surfaces best-fit contact based on persona fit and account activity.
“On its own, Salesloft will recommend contacts already in Salesloft based on activity history and buyer persona. With ZoomInfo, the buyer identification agent leverages the power of ZoomInfo's Buying Committee data to recommend contacts that are not yet in Salesloft/CRM,” states Salesloft.
The Deal Summary Agent delivers an AI deal summary, including risks, engagement history, and next steps. The Conversations MEDDPICC extraction agent automatically pulls out insights from conversations and populates them into the methodology section of the deal summary to drive deal alignment and raise deal risks to sales leadership.
The Deal Summary Agent can also be used by Sales Managers during one-on-ones for coaching, with MEDDPICC details ensuring reps are following the methodology.
The “Ask Salesloft Agent” is a GenAI chatbot that delivers immediate answers to sales rep queries, grabbing insights from Salesloft data, including accounts, opportunities, and meetings. It allows reps to dive deeper into questions such as why a previous deal was lost.
Additional agents include an Opportunity Agent with real-time deal summaries and engagement scores based on over thirty signals and Coaching agents that identify stalled deals, flag underperforming reps, and recommend coaching plays.
“Salesloft AI agents are purpose-built for sellers. This isn’t automation for the sake of efficiency; it’s intelligent support that helps reps prioritize the right deals, personalize every interaction, and move faster with confidence,” said Salesloft CRO Mark Niemiec. “In seconds, agents handle work that used to take hours. The result is smarter execution, stronger pipeline conversion, and better visibility for leaders to coach effectively and run the business with more precision.”
Other Spring Release enhancements include
Conversation Intelligence Enhancements – Deeper insights from sales calls with “more comprehensive data extraction, analytics, and reporting.”
Enterprise-Grade Flexibility, Customization, and Control – Multi-team enterprise management allows system administrators to seamlessly move between Salesloft instances.
iPaaS Integrations – Connect external data from systems like Snowflake or Databricks into Salesloft workflows via Workato, Tray.io, or Zapier, bringing enterprise data into seller workflows.
No-Code Signals and Custom Plays – Without needing custom APIs or engineering support, Salesloft customers can create signals from any account, person, or opportunity field, helping personalize workflows.
Future agents include an Analytics Interpreter Agent that “summarizes complex reports and provides next steps so leaders can make fast, informed decisions,” and an enhanced Drift chat experience.
