Docket’s Sales Knowledge Lake provides context to its Sales and Marketing Agents.

Docket released a pair of new capabilities to its Marketing Agent that makes the service “more intelligent and contextually aware, whether they’re on your website, landing pages, or email campaigns.”

The Marketing Agent supports instant product knowledge, buyer profiling and qualification, lead capture and scheduling, and conversation tracking in the CRM.

“Docket’s marketing agent can provide a concierge-like experience for thousands of website visitors in real-time,” posted Docket CEO Arjun Pillai on LinkedIn. “It allows any buyer to have a consultative experience, as if they were speaking with a helpful salesperson.”

Dynamic CTAs adjust calls to action based on the conversation flow and visitor intent. Rev Ops does not need to build complex rules.

For example, “Your product-specific landing page agents surface ‘Book a Demo’ for qualified prospects, or your nurture agents offer ‘View Pricing’ when buyers signal readiness.”

CTAs are defined once, and the agent chooses which CTA to present based on the conversational context.
